A real person reads every message. We don't have a ticket queue or a chatbot. Email us and we'll get back to you, usually within one business day.
Trouble logging in, changing your email, or resetting access? Most of it lives in Settings → Account. If you're locked out, email us.
Sessions can't connect, the reveal didn't show, or the WebSocket dropped? Force-quit and reopen first; if it persists, send the date and time of the session.
Use Settings → Export your data for a multi-section CSV of your trial history, journal, and partner records. Email privacy@divine-karma.com if it doesn't arrive.
Inkling 1.0 is currently free. When Inkling+ launches, billing is handled by Apple or Google — manage and refund through your platform's account settings.
Inkling is a daily 5-minute practice to train the quiet, attentive part of the mind. Each session has a few short perception rounds — symbols, colors, numbers, and images — followed by an optional journal reflection and a partner round if you have one.
Your accuracy is scored against a clear chance baseline so you can see what's actually happening over time, not just feel like something is.
No. Inkling is positioned as a perception-training app, not as evidence of anything. We are explicit during onboarding ("the Honesty card") that ESP is not established science. We use calibrated scoring with chance baselines so the data tells you the truth, whatever it is.
The Decision Lockout is a soft warning that appears when your journal entry mentions medical, financial, legal, or safety topics. It's a reminder that Inkling is a training tool, not an oracle, and you shouldn't make high-stakes decisions based on it. The entry is always saved — the lockout is for your benefit, not ours.
Encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using a key derived per-user. We can't read your entries from the database without your account-specific decryption material. Plaintext exists only in transit (over TLS) and in your local device memory while you're reading or writing.
Yes. Settings → Account → Delete account. Your data is irreversibly purged within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate statistics may be retained. You can also export everything first via Settings → Export your data.
One person sends, one person receives. The server picks the target privately, the sender focuses on it, and the receiver records their impression. After both submit, the reveal compares confidence and accuracy. We don't store the real-time WebSocket frames after the session ends — only the resulting trial rows.
No. We do not use third-party advertising networks, we do not collect IDFA or advertising identifiers, and we do not build cross-app profiles. See the full Privacy Policy for details.
Android is in active testing and will be available shortly. Google requires a 14-day closed testing period for new accounts before public launch. Watch divine-karma.com/inkling or email us to be notified when it ships.

Inkling 1.0 is fully featured and free. Inkling+ is a planned subscription tier that adds Mentor voice modes, advanced quests, premium soundscapes, and other extensions. We don't have a launch date yet. The free experience will remain wholly satisfying — we don't believe in pressure-loops.
We read every message. There's no ticket queue, no chatbot, no offshore tier-1.
